A Website template includes a basic layout, color scheme, components, and your logos and images we will use on every page of the website. If no styles or layout is used , your content would be presented like this. We can put your content on a background like this or this.
Here is a 4 column example. The possibilities are practically unlimited for displaying your content. I will custom design your template based on the logos and graphics you provide to me.
Basic components are part of every webpage.
Header: The header is always located at the top of the page. The header usually contains the website name and the business logo. The header may also contain a section navigation bar, site search, images and local weather icon. The use of all of these is not recommended as it usually makes the header too “busy” or too tall.
Footer: The footer is always located at the bottom of the page. The footer usually contains trademark and copyright information, Editor and Site Administrator contact information, and approval icons. Icons should be limited in size to 31 pixels by 88 pixels.
Navigation Menu: The navigation menu will ideally have nine or less categories. Sub-categories should also have nine or less pages not including the page that displays the sub-categories. The navigation should visually alert the visitor that:
This is the page they are on
Their mouse is on this item.
They have clicked on this item and waiting for new page
What pages were visited this session
Please refer to the Navigation Menu Worksheet for options.
Third Column / Fourth Column: The third and / or fourth columns may contain subscribe form, polls, stock quotes, site search, interface for custom web applications, and tile ad style advertising.
